Eagles Flight Asia Pacific Wins Three Gold Awards at HR Vendors of the Year 2026

Eagles Flight Asia Pacific has been recognised with three Gold awards at the HR Vendors of the Year 2026 – Singapore, held on 23 October at Sofitel Singapore City Centre.

Organised by Human Resources Online, the annual awards recognise HR solutions providers and partners for their contributions to organisations and the people they support.

Eagles Flight Asia Pacific received Gold in three categories:

  • Best Training & Facilitation Skills

  • Best AI-Powered Learning Tool, in partnership with acceler8

  • Best Team Building Provider

Adding to the evening’s recognition, Andrew Thomas, CEO of Eagles Flight Asia Pacific, was also recognised as a winner in the Leader of the Year category, acknowledging his leadership and contribution to the industry.

A Decade of Putting People at the Heart of Performance

The recognition comes as Eagles Flight Asia Pacific marks 10 years of working with organisations across the region to strengthen leadership, build capability and help teams perform at their best.

Over the past decade, the business landscape has continued to change. Technology has advanced, workplace expectations have evolved, and organisations are finding new ways to respond to increasingly complex challenges.

Yet one thing remains important: people are central to how organisations perform.

This belief is at the heart of Eagles Flight’s approach to learning and development, and what it means by Performance Made Human.

Through experiential learning, Eagles Flight helps people experience challenges, reflect on their decisions and practise behaviours they can apply in the workplace.

The aim is not simply to help participants understand new ideas, but to create learning that can make a practical difference to how they lead, communicate, collaborate and make decisions.

Recognition Across Learning, Team Development and Innovation

The three Gold awards reflect different areas of Eagles Flight’s work and its continued focus on helping organisations develop their people.

The Best Training & Facilitation Skills award recognises an important part of the learning experience: the ability to create an environment where participants can engage, reflect and connect what they have learnt to their everyday work.

The Best Team Building Provider award recognises Eagles Flight’s approach to creating meaningful shared experiences through its Themed Learning Experiences. Designed for corporate offsites, conferences and strategic team sessions, these experiences go beyond traditional team-building activities. They bring people together to strengthen collaboration, improve communication and explore how they work towards shared goals, with facilitated discussions that connect the learning to real workplace challenges.

Meanwhile, the Best AI-Powered Learning Tool award, received in partnership with acceler8, highlights the opportunities to bring together technology and human-centred learning to support capability development.

Together, the awards recognise the different ways Eagles Flight continues to support organisations as their people and business needs evolve.

Looking Ahead, Together

As Eagles Flight Asia Pacific marks its 10-year journey, these awards are a meaningful recognition of the work made possible by its people, clients and partners.

They reflect the commitment of the facilitators and teams who bring learning experiences to life, the partners who help develop new approaches, and the organisations that continue to place their trust in Eagles Flight.

While the recognition is an opportunity to celebrate, it is also a reminder of the work that lies ahead.

As organisations navigate changing business priorities, new technologies and evolving workforce expectations, developing human capability will remain an important part of building stronger, more adaptable teams.

For Eagles Flight Asia Pacific, the focus remains on helping organisations turn learning into meaningful changes in behaviour and stronger performance.

Strong organisational performance starts with its people, and developing their capabilities remains central to everything we do
