Exclusive Showcase
Removing the Barriers to Effective Coaching
Build the foundations for a coaching culture in your organisation.
- September 30, 2026
- 9 AM - 12 NN
- 180 Galaxis Room, L2, Catapult, Singapore
This is not simply another coaching training session focused on models, conversation frameworks or asking better questions.
We will explore the conditions that help coaching strengthen everyday performance, including the culture, behaviours and working environment that enable leaders to coach more consistently and effectively.
Participants will also leave with a practical coaching tool they can apply in the workplace, alongside a clearer understanding of what helps coaching become part of how performance happens every day.
What is an Eagles Flight Showcase?
An Eagles Flight Showcase is a complimentary, interactive opportunity to experience our approach to learning and performance first-hand.
Participants experience elements of an Eagles Flight programme, combining experiential learning, facilitated discussion and reflection to explore the capabilities, behaviours and attitudes that shape performance.
Through practical application and exchange with peers, each Showcase offers a glimpse into how we help people turn insight into meaningful behaviour change in the workplace.
Most organisations recognise the value of coaching. Yet meaningful coaching conversations can remain inconsistent, uncomfortable or disconnected from everyday performance.
The challenge is not always whether leaders know how to coach. Deeper barriers may be getting in the way, from limited trust and unclear expectations to competing priorities, difficult conversations and cultures that do not encourage openness.
Join Eagles Flight for an interactive half-day session exploring these barriers and the foundations organisations may need to strengthen to support a coaching culture.
In This Session, We Will Explore:
- What prevents meaningful coaching conversations from happening?
- How does psychological safety influence openness and honest dialogue?
- Why do coaching efforts often lose momentum?
- What causes leaders to avoid or deprioritise coaching?
- How do trust, clarity and accountability shape coaching conversations?
- What foundations support a coaching culture within an organisation?
Participants will leave with a clearer perspective on the barriers that may exist within their organisations, the areas worth examining to better support coaching, and a practical tool they can introduce in the workplace.
Who Should Attend?
This session is designed for:
- HR leaders and practitioners
- Learning and Development professionals
- Talent and Organisational Development professionals
Why Attend?
Coaching requires more than skills and frameworks. It also depends on an environment where people can speak honestly, challenge constructively, take accountability and act on what they learn.
This session will help you look beyond the coaching conversation itself and consider the organisational conditions that influence whether coaching becomes meaningful, consistent and connected to performance.
You will also experience a straightforward approach to everyday coaching that can be carried back into the workplace, supported by a clearer understanding of the barriers that may need to be addressed for it to take hold.
