In Powerful Storytelling and Cut Through Communication™, we teach participants the mastery of crafting and delivering stories in the context of business. You learn how to source stories (especially powerful personal ones) and use them as a catalyst to convey a message.
Technical skills across Singapore’s workforce are advancing quickly, with AI capability and digital literacy becoming standard expectations in many roles. But the human side of work, how people communicate, influence, and align others, is struggling to keep pace. Clear communication is no longer a “soft skill.” It is an essential leadership capability.
With workplace expectations evolving around fairness and respectful conduct, the ability to guide teams and manage conversations effectively is becoming critical. Whether you are developing leadership capability across an organization or strengthening your own ability to influence, these skills matter now more than ever.
Across industries, the same team challenges keep surfacing:
These challenges rarely improve through theory alone. They require practical approaches to structure messages clearly and communicate with intention.
This workshop is designed to provide exactly that, a practical approach you can apply immediately.
This is not a traditional presentation skills course. It is a one-day practical workshop focused on one thing: structuring communication so your message is understood and remembered.
Participants will work a communication framework designed for real workplace situations, including:
During the session, you will practice:
You will also receive templates and frameworks to reference after the workshop—tools to support you when you are back in your daily work.
