Exclusive Virtual Masterclass

Lessons in High Performance from a Premier League Psychologist

Lessons in High Performance from a
Premier League Psychologist

What talent leaders can learn about developing elite teams

Join us for a free virtual session for HR, L&D and Talent leaders across Asia-Pacific. Hear directly from an expert psychologist who has worked inside Premier League football about what helps elite teams perform consistently, and how those lessons can support the development of your own teams.

Wednesday, 26 August 2026 | 3:00 – 5:00 PM SG Time | Live via Zoom

Every organisation says it wants a high-performing team.

Few can say exactly what that means in practice, or how to build it deliberately.

Engagement remains a challenge across many industries.

Managers are being asked to do more with less.

Strong plans do not always lead to strong execution.

Teams face growing expectations to perform under pressure.

Elite sport has spent decades studying how talented individuals can perform consistently as one team. Premier League clubs offer a valuable view into how strong team cultures are built, led, and sustained.

Who This Is For

HR Leaders | L&D Leaders | Talent Leaders | Organisational Development Leaders

Experience Jungle Fire™

Grounded in Eagles Flight’s experiential learning approach and backed by principles of behavioural science, the session helps participants connect what happens in the experience to real workplace behaviours.

Participants will:

  • Feel what it’s like to shift from a survival mindset to one that optimises around what is possible
  • Gain appreciation for having clarity around the tolerance for risk versus reward
  • Understand how unity around a common goal is the secret to team and individual resilience – See the importance of avoiding time-tax actions in a time-scarce work environment

Unlike typical learning activities, Jungle Fire™™️ uses behavioural science to create observable patterns of planning, risk-taking, and coordination that map directly to how your teams respond to real deadlines and ambiguity. This is what makes it one of the most effective L&D programmes that drive behaviour change, because it doesn’t just teach skills. It changes how people act under pressure.

What You’ll Take Away

A clearer view of what helps talented individuals perform as one team

Practical ways to build resilience when expectations are high

Ideas for creating psychological safety while maintaining high standards

Lessons from elite sport that can support leadership and team development in your workplace

Why This Matters

You already have the strategy. Your leadership team has agreed on the priorities. The question nobody is answering well is: why does execution still stall when pressure builds?

This is not a training problem. It is a behaviour-under-pressure problem, invisible until you surface it deliberately. Performance-directed conversations are the missing link between strategy and results. This showcase gives you a structured way to see the friction, name it, and start addressing it.

Why You Shouldn’t Miss This Event

This is a chance to step back and look closely at how performance is actually supported across your teams. The session may offer a different way to think about talent, leadership, and culture, and help you recognise what’s already working well and where your leaders or teams may need more support.

What Previous Showcase Participants Say

Here’s what past attendees shared about their experience, and why fellow leaders are already securing their place at the next one.

“It’s really engaging and has very practical application to what is actually happening in our workplace. The interactive element really brought the realism of the activities to the programme. And tying everything together at the end with strong learning points helped reinforce the insights.”
