Eagles Flight brings an experiential learning session, “Performance Made Human: Designing Learning that Accelerates Business Capability,” to the region’s longest-running L&D conference.
Eagles Flight Asia Pacific is proud to participate as Gold Sponsor of Learning & Development Asia 2026 – Singapore, taking place 16 to 17 September at Hilton Singapore Orchard. Now in its 12th edition, the conference brings together over 150 senior L&D and HR leaders from across the region to discuss how learning strategies must evolve to keep pace with rapid technological and workforce change.
Eagles Flight will lead an experiential session titled “Performance Made Human: Designing Learning that Accelerates Business Capability.” The session aims to address a challenge familiar to most L&D leaders in the room: information can tell people what to do, but it rarely changes what they actually do under pressure. Drawing on the psychology of learning, the session explores why knowledge alone seldom leads to lasting behaviour change, and how experiential learning helps people practise communication, prioritisation, judgement and collaboration in high-pressure, time-sensitive scenarios.
For attendees, many of whom are actively shaping their organisation’s 2027 learning strategy and budget, the session offers a practical answer to a question that comes up in nearly every L&D roadmap discussion: how do you design programmes that people actually remember and apply back on the job, rather than ones that end when the training does. Participants will leave with a clearer framework for building reflection, feedback and real-world application into their own learning design, not just theory on why it matters.
Looking forward to the conference, Andrew Thomas, CEO of Eagles Flight Asia Pacific, shared:
“Most L&D leaders are clear on what good performance looks like. The harder part is helping people deliver it when it matters. Closing that gap between knowing and doing has been at the heart of our work for almost four decades, and it is exactly what we will be exploring at Learning & Development Asia this year.”
This focus is reflected in Eagles Flight’s global experience, with experiential programmes delivered in 20 languages across 35 countries and 90 percent of its business coming from repeat clients. Learning & Development Asia provides an opportunity to share our approach to turning human capability into stronger business performance with HR and L&D leaders across the region.
Eagles Flight will be part of a high-calibre programme at Learning & Development Asia 2026 – Singapore, alongside speakers from JPMorgan Chase, Standard Chartered, Micron, Schneider Electric and Novo Nordisk.
